The RubberBox RUB1604 is a compact single-phase power distribution unit designed to provide a protected 16A output from a 32A 240V supply. Power is taken in via a 32A 240V 1PH + N + E plug fitted to a 1.0 m 6 mm² 3-core HO7RNF cable, and stepped down to a single 16A 240V 1PH + N + E coupler on a 1.0 m 2.5 mm² 3-core HO7RNF cable.

The outgoing circuit is protected by a 16A 30 mA double-pole RCBO, providing both overload and earth-leakage protection. This ensures clear fault isolation on the 16A output while maintaining a straightforward, easy-to-understand layout.

Housed in a durable inline enclosure, the RUB1604 is well suited for event power, temporary installations, and professional environments where a managed, protected step-down from a 32A supply to a single 16A connection is required.
