Whether you’re ordering one of our standard rubber boxes, or a bespoke power distribution solution, we always take care to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and securely.

Key Shipping Information

We ship every day except weekends and public holidays.
We use a trusted courier service with tracked and signed-for delivery.
You can track your order online in real-time. (Tracking information will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.)
We can also provide updates via text or email.
Saturday deliveries are possible if the order is shipped on a Friday – contact us for details.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over £1000 (excluding VAT).
Orders below this threshold will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timescales & Costs

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK Excluding Highlands & Islands)

£15.00 net up to 15kg
£20 net for 15.01-25kg
From 25kg upwards, an extra £1.50 per kg
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

Next-Day Delivery (Mainland UK Excluding Highlands & Islands)

£20.00 net up to 15kg
£25 net for 15.01-25kg
From 25kg upwards, an extra £2.00 per kg
Available for orders placed before 2pm (subject to stock availability).

Bespoke Orders

Our lead times vary depending on production. Once your order is built, we can then get in touch with you to confirm your estimated dispatch date.
If your order is time-sensitive, please call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Returns & Warranty

If you need to return an item, please call us first.
If we collect your shipment from you, a service charge may apply.
Any opened items cannot be returned.
We provide a 12-month warranty, so if your product is faulty, we’ll replace it.
If your order has been damaged in transit, we’ll replace it within 48 hours – just let us know as soon as possible.
